PAYMENT & SHIPPING

1. All prices are in USD and purchases must be made online using a credit card unless otherwise discussed.
2. Payment by cheque requires an additional $25 processing fee, and is only available to qualified institutions. Late payment of any kind results in a 2% surcharge monthly.
3. We ship under DAP incoterms, meaning that taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer and are handled on a region by region basis - they will be charged at importation, even to customers with free shipping in the USA. DDP shipping terms are available upon request, please contact sales@redetec.com for more information.
4. ReDeTec may, at its sole discretion, chose to use a different carrier than that selected, as long as the service standards provided by that carrier are equivalent to that selected by the customer.
